I bring this message filled with unconditional love and healing for all sacred hearts for beings on GAIA. As well as for all sacred beings throughout all of creation.

Through our remembrance of who we are as a soul, having a human embodied experience. We begin to fully realize through observation of the self, of who we have been. As well as who we are, at the truth within the core of our being. It is within the depths of the Universal heart that is connected to the omniverse that we remember the vastness of who we are. And we access the Soul aspects as they merge into illuminated oneness within. Many are and have been having awakenings within the dream state and in the eithers during their sleep state. Seeing the roles they have played in other lifetimes, timelines, incarnations and dimensions, of who they have been. All have been the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. Whichever way you perceive this for your current state of reality and awareness. What if  you don't have to make anyone wrong through judgement? Regarding their personal truth, of what they are creating for their reality and their celestial divine contracts? The invitation is to flow within the isness of all that is. Fully accepting we all have roles, contracts and agreements we chose to carry out, before we incarnated. To experience as a catalyst for expansion of consciousness.  As well as assist each other through the process of awakening and remembering. 

Each of us chose to come here to learn some of the toughest lessons in human form. For our souls growth and evolution. We are here to equalize the balance within, through awareness that is brought forth through observing and learning the lessons through our experiences. In this sacred alchmy we are creating space for the light to shine through. Guiding the human collective through a recalibration from a carbon based system to a full crystalline embodiment. You are becoming a being of LIGHT. 

Since 2009 I have been working with Prime Source Creator, The Great White Brotherhood, Melchizedek, The Elohim and the Seraphim. The Archangel Metatron NOT DARK AI, but the head of the Seraphim LEGION OF LIGHT OF SOURCE CREATOR GOD. THE SERAPHIM IS THE ANGELIC REALM OF LIGHT, OF LOVE AND DIVINE TRUTH. As I delivered in my last transmission the Seraphim, Lyra and The Unicorns brought in activations and healing for all of humanity as 11D was anchored within GAIA on 11/22/23. Assisting in her ascension to her rightful place within the COSMOS. 

In the workshops I AM guided to facilitate, Source, The Great White Brotherhood, The Ascended Masters, The Elohim, Archangel Metatron, The Seraphim and many celestial beings of LIGHT come in and attune one to the higher realms of light of 12D and beyond based on ones unique soul path and journey. This process accelerates ones awakening and ascension process. By bringing up to the surface the shadow aspects to acknowledge, and learn the lessons ones soul came to learn here on earth, embodied in physical form. 

Practical tools are presented from the divine, to assist in creating ease through the process of awakening and ascension. Which takes courage, consistency, diligence, to continually do ones inner work to learn the lessons and elevate ones energetic frequency through the process of ascension. As one releases what no longer serves their highest and greatest good. They create more space for light to activate the crystalline structure within at the cellular, molecular and DNA level. Through this process one remembers who they are an the ancient codes and keys that their unique essence is embodying in this incarnation. The goal is elevation of frequency, expansion of consciousness and embodying celestial divine neutrality. Where one is no longer reacting and responding to ones external reality. For they have the awareness of why all is unfolding for the restoral of the celestial divine plan on GAIA. 

When one realizes we are not here to play out the programming of religion, we vastly expand our consciousness to include THE ONENESS with all of creation. AND ALL SEPERATION CEASES TO EXIST WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. For this is a spiritual experience to fully acknowledge the vastness of the truth of YOU as a BEING within the Omniverse of all of creation. This includes aspects of you that have had incarnations on other planets as other BEINGS. You are a co-creator being embodied, a sacred spark of the celestial divine vibrations of PURE LOVE within the Cosmic Heart of SOURCE, of All of Creation. The Pure White LIGHT of TRUTH and LOVE, this is the highest vibration within all of the Omniverse.

Opening of the 11th Gate - Unification in the Purity of LOVE and ONENESS   

Beloved Earth Family,

On Sunday, October 22nd there was a Monad individual and collective merging and anchoring of the 11th Dimension into the inner pyramid within the center of GAIA.

The ascension process is all about shifting from the ego and merging the sacred heart canter and embodying Christ Consciousness within. The concept of ego death is an illusion, for one never loses or gets rid of the ego completely.  Awakening fully to Christ consciousness within is when the ego is not working against you. It is the mergence with the purity of the heart, that the ego becomes your allay, no longer working against you. Many spiritual guides have been unjustly projected onto regarding the ego.  From those being triggered from unresolved shadow aspects within, by the purity of the LIGHT flowing through these guides. Creating the lessons of separation that their souls chose to learn for their growth and evolution. As one awakens and SEES the truth of what has been. And the inner knowing that separation is and always has been an illusion, Love and unity is restored.   
 
The intergalactic Counsel and 5 of the Great Illumined Ascended Masters St. Germain, Merlin, Paul Vancian with the White Purity Flame of Freedom Assisting you in fully stepping into your Mastery, Lord Vosloo Hight Priest of Atlantis, and El Morya the Manu brough in the keys and codes of the Golden Age and full activation of the 12 strains of DNA within all of humanity. You can call these beings in to merge with you.

The 12 Archangels came in to assist in creating a sphere of light around everyone on GAIA., if you call them in daily, they will be with you daily, transforming all areas of your life. Every chakra contains cosmic codes, and they are unlocked with the purity of LOVE. Yesterday, these Cosmic Codes were unlocked not activated with the corresponding keys. To assist with your individual monad which holds your divine blueprint.

The initation is to connect with Lyra, to connect with the Unicorns and the white divine truth of the Divine Feminine. Everything that is creating separation within us all, will dissolve within to restore unity consciousness. Through unifying the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within you. You will feel the liberation within you and within each other. The Divine Marrage within will restore unity conscisouness within and in your reality.

GAIA is the Solar Plexus of the Milky Way Galaxy. The white golden energy coming up from within GAIA assisted all of humanity in merging with their Monad and their higher self. Your monad is your divine blueprint. Golden white frequency elevated the human collective up to the 11th dimension frequency. When this frequency is brought up from GAIA it allows us to merge our monad.

The Dragons of Earth, Air, Water and Fire came in swirling and clearing the lower density energies within and around all of humanity and GAIA. Millions of Dragons and St Germain brought in a Golden Violet Tunnel of light bringing humanity into harmony and clarity.

Merlin came in blazing his electric blue fire touching everyone activating magic to be used for the highest and greatest good only, by all.

Paul Venetian brought in the pure white flame of freedom over everyone to set you free, to stand in your power as a master.

Lord Voosloo who carries the keys and codes to jump shift into the golden era, placed the golden flame into all sacred hearts.

El Moya the manu who carries the 5D frequencies with the 12 strand DNA codes, connected and activated. If you give the Ascended Masters permission to step in and merge with you. They will give you all of the light codes, so you can integrate them in this sacred now.

Just as you have energy centers, your chakra, so do the planets. The codes were accessed and unlocked  to transform humanity and GAIA. Elevating all to the higher dimensions of 5D to 11D for the first time ever on a collective level on GAIA!

Archangel Jophiel brought in  pale yellow light activated the crown with COSMIC UNDERSTANDING, COSMIC WISDOM.
Archangel Kristel in shimmering white awakening PEACE, SERENITY and HARMLESSNESS and opened the gates to the Angelic Kingdom.
Above that Archangel Murielbrough in THE MAGNIFICENT MAGENTA PINK. And brough in all aspects of your soul and merged them, awakening all of your souls’ GIFT,  TALENTS, LEARNING and WISDOM for use in this lifetime.
Archangel Metatron poured in his blazing orange golden light and illuminates all of these higher qualities that have been awakened.
Visualize all of these Angels with the Wonderous Angel Mary as she places her blue light all round this ball of light that is surrounding you. So, you only attract LOVE and GOOD into your life.
And Archangel Botargo who is in charge of the flow of the universe, places his dazzling white light all around your ball of light, so your life flows, and he now watches over you. You are now assisted and watched over by the 12 archangels. The more you call them in and work with them they now become a part of your aura.

Dear Beloved Family of GAIA,
It is important when you begin your spiritual journey to be completely committed to your personal growth and souls' evolution. Removing toxins from your body as you begin your awakening process and begin to do your shadow work. Many times, if this is not done people will project their inner most pain and the confusing emotions of what they are feeling within onto others unconsciously. Later regretting their actions due to not thinking clearly.

Devoting to your path of spiritual healing and spiritual development by taking care of you; and detoxifying your body will ensure that you are thinking clearly. Alcohol, recreational drugs and processed foods mixed with severe trauma all play a role in the confusion that can occur during one's early stages of awakening. I will lovingly guide one with compassion and respect. When it is reciprocated; when it is not, this is when I exercise the right to create space to allow one to get a handle on themselves and their life. I am always here in service to those who are ready to truly love themselves and evolve from within. However, I will not tolerate being disrespected and abused by projections from the unconscious inner wounded shadow aspect of anyone who works with me, chooses to take a class or a workshop. If there is alcohol or drug use involved, I reserve the right to terminate practitioner/client relationship. We discuss this prior to all sessions, classes and workshops.

​The path of Ascension is bringing light to the shadows and becoming the true light and essence within. In the early states painful emotions will come up to the surface to be released. In the workshops I facilitate; you are guided through the process. And offer tools of empowerment to assist one with the shifts with more ease and grace. One must have the courage to do the inner work; no matter how tough it may be. You are never alone through the process, as log as you are open to receive and do not become abusive. As one continues to ascend on their path. They will embody more, light. It is a “purification process.” The duality law of the Universe will cease to be. As we fully rise unified illuminated in oneness. The old ways of light not being able to exist without darkness are dissolving. When one has learned all the lessons their soul came here to learn in this incarnation. And all shadow aspects have been merged. And one becomes self-aware, through reflection, learning, growing and evolving you will experience "graduation levels" along your spiritual journey. Leading to enlightenment, what the Buddhist call a Bodhisattva, an Ascended Master, walking on Earth. Emanating Love, compassion, peace, and love embodied is Source embodied. Emanating the light and love to humanity and all of creation. We are clearing our karmic lessons through the soul contracts of our relationships and interactions with each other. And many of us; are also removing the density for the collective; through our individual and group missions. We are human BEINGS. Not a human constantly doing. The path is not a race and we all arrive when it is our time based on what we chose to come here to learn and share with the World. All that we do is a reflection of self-love within fully integrated one with Source. Emanating the light and love for the greater good of all. So much love and healing to all and for all sacred hearts throughout all of creation.

There are an infinite number of dimensions. However below are simply a of twenty-seven dimensions of consciousness. These dimensions are not the same as dimensions of space. For example, our third dimension of consciousness does not directly correlate to three-dimensional space, but most of the dimensions of consciousness exist in our reality of three-dimensional space and beyond.

The twenty-seventh dimension of consciousness is Source itself, from which all is created. At one point, Source, when it first decided to know itself more fully, separated into two dimensions: Love and Light. Love and Light are the basic building blocks of the other twenty-four dimensions of consciousness. Love is physical matter and space: Universe. Light is knowledge and understanding: God.

There are twelve heavens, or realms of reality, and each contains one dimension of Love and one dimension of Light. Every odd dimension (1D, 3D, 5D, 7D, 9D, 11D, 13D, 15D, 17D, 19D, 21D, and 23D) is the physical representation of a heaven, or realm, and every even dimension (2D, 4D, 6D, 8D, 10D, 12D, 14D, 16D, 18D, 20D, 22D, and 24D) is the knowledge and understanding of that realm and/or the consciousness observing it. Twelve heavens each containing two dimensions of consciousness equals twenty-four dimensions of consciousness.

Here is a breakdown of the twenty-seven dimensions:

1D: Primitive Body
Our first dimension of consciousness (known as “1D”) is our primitive body. This is our physical body: our heart, liver, kidneys . . . as we exist in this 3D space. It is the physical matter that our bodies are made up of. If we touch something hot, and the skin of our physical body is burned,, the chemical reactions in our body will automatically withdraw our hand from the source of the pain. This is intrinsic to the nature of our chemical body.

2D: Subconscious
We observe our primitive body from our subconscious. It is the understanding, as well as the programming, for our primitive body. If we touch something that is red and it burns us, then our subconscious adds code to our software that reads, “red things equal hot”, and we are more likely to shy away from red things in the future.

3D: Complex Body
This is our complex mind, the prefrontal cortex or neocortex, which we have spent the last 250-million years developing. As we have activated more of our DNA, and have developed a larger brain, humanity has gained the ability for complex thought, language, and abstract reasoning. This allows us to use logic to help us decide if we should or should not touch something red.

4D: Consciousness
We observe our mind, or complex self, from our consciousness. As we awaken to enlightenment, or the next step of Ascension, we expand our awareness to include consciousness itself. It is our ability to observe our thoughts and direct our mind. Having this ability has allowed us to form an awareness of our Self, our presence, and also to develop deeper relationships (more than just our need for survival). We are the one observing our body, subconscious programming, and thoughts as we consider touching something red.

5D: Spirit Body
This is our spirit, light body, or subtle-energy body. This a piece of our larger soul, which decided to incarnate into a human body in this lifetime. This is our current incarnation. In a sense, we have decided to incarnate in physical form to experience the pain and understanding of something hot enough to burn ourselves.

6D: Super Consciousness
We observe our light body from our super consciousness. This is where we gain the awareness that we are connected to something bigger than ourselves. We gain the ability to see the threads that connect our individual consciousnesses to a larger collection of consciousnesses. It is from this vantage point of super consciousness that we gain the ability to witness that we have incarnated many times. Here, we may realize that this might not be our first time incarnating in human form and we may have had different goals in other lifetimes.

7D: Soul Body
This is the collection of our past and concurrent lifetimes. This is our soul. This is where we gain access to information from all of our past lives and past life regressions. This is where our Soul decides that it wants to learn, so it sends a soul fragment off to experience a lower dimension.

8D: Soul Consciousness (as individuals)
We observe our soul from our soul consciousness. This is where each of our lifetimes and incarnations of our soul can observe our collective experience, and understand the lessons of our many lifetimes. This is where we individually set goals according to where we are in growing our consciousness, and determine the best time(s) to incarnate in order to fulfill our higher goals.

9D: Soul Pod Body
This is where multiple souls form a group and work together to fulfill higher goals. Picture a classroom of students working together to complete a big project. Students will form groups that focus on smaller tasks in order to help the group as a whole learn an entire lesson. When doing individual past-life regressions, it is common to see the same spirits and souls working together over many lifetimes.

10D: Soul Pod Consciousness
We observe our soul pod — and integrate the understanding from our learning, growing, and healing experiences — from our soul pod consciousness.

11D: Oversoul Body
This is the collection of all of our soul pods into one group that works together to learn, grow, and heal — similar to grade levels within a school.

12D: Oversoul Consciousness
We observe our oversoul from our oversoul consciousness. This is collective consciousness. Here, all consciousness works together to learn, grow, heal, and evolve.

13D-24D:
Above the thirteenth dimension, I see no separation in consciousness. We are all the same consciousness working to learn, grow, heal, and evolve — similar to all of the students at a school or university sharing the common intention of learning, across all grades and projects.
At some point words seem to fail how to describe the thirteenth through twenty-fourth dimensions. These dimensions include the advent of harmonics and resonance, duality and polarity, as well as the division of energy into chakras.

25D: Pure Love — The Omniverse

The Chakras

Chakras are powerful energy centers that affect our causal, subtle and gross bodies and everything we do. Chakras have a relationship to specific functions of the physical and emotional body. Physically, each center correlates to major nerve ganglia that branch forth from the spinal column. The first five chakras are connected to specific sense organs. They store psycho-physical energy, which then flows to all seven chakras. The breath activates this flow from one chakra to the next. In addition, the chakras also correlate to levels of consciousness, archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, bodily functions and more.
           
Chakras relate to different energetic sites of the human body, as well as to parts of the endocrine system. Made of prana, the chakras function to take in higher vibrational frequencies from everything around us. They transform each frequency into a form of energy useful to the physical body. Each major chakra vibrates at different rates, and each will absorb energy harmonically related to its own natural frequency. The chakras absorb energy from the environment. The nadis (subtle energy channels) then direct this energy to the organs.

Ayurveda considers the chakras a vital part of health, healing and spiritual growth. Chakras are affected by impressions of sound, touch, smell, sight and taste. In numerous healing systems, sound, aromatherapy, crystals and gemstones, color (or light), tuning forks and other vibrational methods are utilized for chakra balancing. Such chakra therapy has become popular in western healing systems. Traditionally, mantras, yantras, yagnas and yoga asanas were also used to harmonize the charkas.

Situated along the sushumna nadi (the central nerve channel), the seven chakras relate to different emotions, thoughts, and actions. Each chakra has a specific mantra and relates to one of the senses and organs of action.
The chakras are represented by different forms of lotus flowers; each lotus represent an awakened state of consciousness. The word chakra means “wheel.” When all of the chakras are “spinning,” open, bright and clean, our chakra system is balanced. When a chakra becomes blocked, damaged or muddied with residual energy, our physical and emotional health can be affected. Often these disorders occur habitually as the result of negative belief systems. The effects of our habits, feelings, beliefs, thoughts and desires can be found in our chakras. They may be utilized as a pathway for gaining a strong, clear and balanced energy system. An open state of being affords the most efficient flow of energy through the system.
This flow of energy is essential for vitality, health and growth on all levels. Ideally, all chakras contribute to the wholeness of our being. This inspires our instincts to work together with our feelings and thoughts to create positive emotional and spiritual balance.

All of our senses, perceptions, states of awareness- everything that is possible for us to experience- can be divided into seven categories. Each category can be associated with a particular chakra. In this way, each of the chakras represents not only particular parts of the physical body, but also specific parts of consciousness. Some chakras are not open enough or are underactive; to compensate, others are overactive. The chakras are constantly trying to create a harmonious balance.
 
Muladhara (Root Chakra)
The first chakra muladhara, is located at the base of the spine. Mula means “root.” It has four petals and is correlated with the earth element. Its mantra is lam and its color is red. Muladhara is the resting place of Kundaline Shakti, the divine feminine principle. When She awakens, She rises to the sahasrara (crown chakra), the abode of Shiva, the divine masculine.

Muladhara chakra correlates to the organs of elimination. It governs our physical existence, our bodies and our health. It rules the nose, sense of smell, the anus and elimination. It corresponds to the sacrum and gives the feeling of being grounded. It relates to our biological needs and comfort.
On a psychological level, it relates to fear and ignorance, or maya. In a balanced state, it gives a sense of stability and groundedness, and gives the strength to manifest our visions. Muladhara also relates to survival instincts, safety, connection to our body and the physical plane. Ideally, this chakra brings us health, prosperity, security and dynamic presence.


Svadishtana (Sacral Chakra)
Located in the abdomen, lower back and sexual organs, just above the root center, the second chakra, svadishtrana, relates to the reproductive organs. Svadishtana means “the abode of the Self.” It has six petals and is of the element water. This chakra’s mantra is vam and its color is orange. It rules the tongue, sense of taste and the reproductive organs. The second chakra relates to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation and movement. In balance, this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, creativity, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment and the ability to accept change.


Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra)
The third chakra, manipura, is located near the navel in the solar plexus. Manipura means “the city of gems.” It has ten petals an rules the element fire. This chakra’s mantra is ram and its color is yellow. Manipura governs the navel center and our digestive organs. It rules the agni, the fire that digest food as well as life experience. Manipura is the seat of the ego and will power. In harmony, it is the power to surrender to will of the Divine. Manipura is the fire of self-discipline. It rules personal power, autonomy and metabolism. When balanced, manipura brings us energy, effectiveness, self-confidence, spontaneity and non-dominating power.


Anahata (Heart Chakra)
The fourth chakra, anahata, governs the heart. Anahata means “the unstruck sound.” It has twelve petals and rules the air element. Anahata’s mantra is yam and its color is green. This chakra rules the skin, the hands and the sense of touch; it also creates prana. It represents the two polarities of body and spirit as interconnected in perfect balance. When this chakra is in harmony, one feels unconditional love, empathy and devotion. Anahata governs the experience of interconnectedness. Through love, it integrates the opposites in the psyche: mind and body, masculine and feminine, persona and shadow, ego and unity. A healthy fourth chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compassion, and have a deep sense of peace and centerdness. To fully open the heart chakra, we need to bring the various aspects of our existence into balance.


Vishuddha (Throat Chakra)
The fifth chakra, vishuddha, is located in the throat. Vishuddha means “pure.” It has sixteen petals and is the color blue. Vishuddha rules the throat, ears and mouth and governs sound. Its mantra is ham. An imbalanced vishuddha chakra leads to blockages in communication and expression, as well as repressed feelings. When harmonized, it is a source of inspiration and expression. Vishuddha is related to communication and creativity; furthermore, when activated, we experience the world through vibrations, such as the vibration of sounds representing language.


Ajna (Third Eye Chakra)
The sixth chakra, ajna, is located behind the pineal gland. It is commonly known as the “third eye.” Ajna means “commanding” or “infinite power.” It has two petals and is the color indigo. Ajna’s mantra is ksham and it governs the mind, giving the power of divine perception to see things as they truly are. Ajna governs the pineal gland. It gives the powers of discrimination, creativity, detachment, inner vision and stillness of the mind. It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively, and as such it opens our psychic faculties, capacities and our understanding of archetypes.


Sahasrara (Crown Chakra)
The seventh chakra or crown chakra is called sahasrara. It has one thousand petals and its mantra is aum. Sahasrara is the place of Divine Consciousness and the dissolution of ego. When Shakti awakens, She rises to merge with Shiva, who is the pure consciousness that resides in the sahasrara. The seventh chakra is at the crown of the head, and is violet fading to white as it moves further away from the body. This chakra enables the connection to move our higher selves and to the Divine. It is associated with wisdom and integration of our eternal self with our physical self. The sahasrara is like an umbilical cord to God. When the crown chakra is open and active, we can become a vessel for God to work through. Ultimately, this chakra is our connection to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing. When developed, sahasrara brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection and bliss.


The Chakras and Koshas
The chakras are correlated with the Koshas. Muladhara chakra works together with the annamaya kosha for the instinct and purpose of survival. Svadishtana chakra relates to pranamaya kosha in the soul’s process of self-identification and the instinct of procreation, or continuity. The manipurna chakra relates to manomaya kosha, for they work together to achieve goals through the power of ambition and will. Anahata chakra relates to vijnanamaya kosha to achieve the perfect state of love and compassion. One who has attained true wisdom naturally loves all beings as one’s own Self. Vishuddha chakra relates to vijnanamaya kosha and the ability to clearly vocalize the heart’s ambition. Ajna chakra relates to the anandamaya kosha, together dwelling in the stillness of the inward-drawn consciousness. Sahasrara chakra is beyond all the koshas, as it is the Self dwelling within the Self.

When I first started my healing journey I was in debilitating physical pain. I tried everything available traditonally through the local medical community and nothing was working. I was guided by spirit to take an energy healing course; and everthing in my life changed. I was 100% pain free for the first time in eight years. This was the beginning of my healing journey. I began researching and reading books on Eastern Medicine and the correlation of physical pain, illness and disease in the body and the emotions that one tends to supress. I was facinated and it all began to make so much sense of why so many people are suffering with chronic conditions. My research lead me to seeking a Western perspective. I came across, " You Can Heal Your Life" by Lousie Hay. Reading her book combined with additional research lead me to starting a healing practice assisting others in releaving their internal suffering that is creating the realiy they are experiencing. Through several different energy healing techniques, NLP and Quantum Healing relief can be achieved with more ease and in some cases instentaniously.

The Body is a map of every experience we ever  had. As we bridge the mind body and spirit we can better understand the connection between trapped emotions and physical ailments causing us suffering. We can go years and even decades without realizing that we have  trapped emotions or where they stem from. We wind up holding on to blocked energy which can manifest into pain. Causes of muscle tension, pain and suffering stem from social conditioning, trauma, and psychological stressors:

Social conditioning starts in our earlier years of life and is reinforced throughout the rest of our lives by our parents, friends, teachers, family members, and society. . A lot of the muscle tension that we develop is the result of unspoken social beliefs that we were taught to adopt as a way of being “acceptable” or likable. When we act without consciousness we run on auto pilot and it’s almost as if we are computers being programmed according to social conditioning.

Trauma can be caused by an overwhelmingly negative event that causes a lasting impact on your mental and emotional stability. While many sources of trauma are physically violent in nature, others are psychological.
When traumatic experiences aren’t consciously dealt with, they can result in chronic fear, stress, and even occurrences of ptsd. This chronic anxiety, anger, and grief tends to get stored within the body resulting in muscle tension which contributes to numerous other illnesses such as fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, mental illnesses, and even cancer.
Psychological tension is any form of anxiety, frustration, sadness or anger that we develop as a result of our perceptions.. The more negative, fearful or fault-finding our perspective is, the more tension we tend to store in our muscles.

Emotions and Our Bodies
Everything on the Physical plane is a manifestation of something on the Metaphysical plane. According to author Louise Hay, physical symptoms are merely tangible evidence of what is going on in your unconscious mind and how you are really feeling deep inside. Scientists are now able to measure the physiological effects of emotional states.  Your body actually becomes weaker or stronger depending on your mental state.
Shame resonates at the lowest vibration, followed by guilt, and then apathy, grief, fear, anxiety, craving, anger and hate.  Conversely, trust, optimism, willingness, acceptance, forgiveness, understanding, love, reverence, joy, serenity and enlightenment strengthen you. Have you suffered an accident or injury?  What was happening in your life around that time?  Recall your mental state and how you were feeling.  When an accident occurs, weak or incoherent emotional areas are where an injury will gravitate. Your biology is a combination of verbal, intellectual, physical and psycho-emotional states of harmony or conflict.  For instance, the left side of your body reflects the problem has its roots in your past, while the right side reflects how to feel about your future. Injuries or pain generally appear on one side of the body.  One-sided pain issues reflect the side of you that feels confused or unsupported.

Mapping your emotions:
Your left side  Based on the functions of your brain’s hemispheres, your left side is receptive, or yin.  It responds to stimulus from your environment.  It holds your experiences (past), your emotional self, your memories, and emotional joy or pain.
Your right side  organizes and moves you forward into the future.  It governs how you interact with the world.  That is a yang energy.  When you are experiencing problems on your right side, you may feel stuck or hampered in moving forward.  Or you may be experiencing unwanted change that is causing fear, reluctance, or trepidation.
Your front side reveals your social or public self, the part of you that the world sees.  It reflects those aspects of yourself that are active ingredients in your day-to-day living.  This includes communication, desire, caring, loving, happiness, sadness.  These show in your face, posture and body language.

Your back side reflects private and unconscious elements of your life.  This side becomes the storehouse for everything you don’t want to deal with or don’t want other people to see.  Hidden or unexpressed feelings become frozen into the structure of your body.  That means a lot of negative emotions become stored along your spine and in the backs of your legs.  Most of your powerful emotions such as anger and fear are stored in your back.

Causes of symptoms according to Louise Hay is an instrumental guide to understanding how our thoughts create our life experiences.  In her book," You Can Heal Your Life"  she explains that the key to true happiness is self love. She focuses on loving yourself, as once you love you, everything you want will flow to you naturally.

Lemuria was a peaceful and highly developed spiritual civilization believed to exist on earth over 12 million years ago. Lemurian Crystal Healing Properties:
Lemurian Seed Crystals help us to feel connected to the soft, loving energies of the celestial realms. The ladder-like striations on this stone act as a “stairway to heaven” and reaches towards higher frequencies. These crystals are powerful meditation tools which bring a feeling of temporarily coming home for those who feel isolated, lonely or that the earth is not their home.

For those of you who have been participating in the Worldwide Community Group Healing Sessions happening weekly on Sundays. You know we have been working with Mother Mary Plieadian Essence. Along with Melchizedek and the Melchizedek Beings if Light. This is not something new, for many of you have had, your own unique experiences with them, taking workshops with me and in our 1:1 session. For clearing and healing and restructuring the human vessel. I have been guided to share this with all of you. Infinite Gratitude, Unconditional Love and Healing to and for you all.

The Order of Melchizedek is the highest order of Spiritual teachings available to Humanity. Melchizedek, as a word or term, is all-inclusive in that it means "my Kingdom is of righteousness," or "of the righteous," hence those belonging to the "kingdom" are "God's Spiritual Disciples." It encompasses all universal, eclectic and Mystery School teachings that have ever been brought through to Humanity. The Order of Melchizedek encompasses every Ashram and Light center on our Earth plane bearing the Patterns of Perfection from the higher dimensions and the teachings of the Sons of Light. It is that aspect of Christ that works specifically with Beings of Light who are in service to the Earth and other planets and places throughout Creation.

The honor of being a Melchizedek Ambassador of Light to the Order of Melchizedek has never been passed to initiates in quite this way before. However, we are ascending en masse for the first time in the history of our Earth, through our co-creation of Heaven on Earth and as such, we are able to complete all earthly initiations, whilst in physical embodiment on this Earth plane.

The recent teachings of Melchizedek have been remembered in the biblical teachings of the Old Testament through a Being of Light called Machiventa Melchizedek, who was to physically incarnated in Israel in the year 1973 B.C. Machiventa Melchizedek began the teachings that were to later be called the Essene Brotherhood. The Essene Brotherhood was formed initially by a group of about 300 Immortal Beings from Egypt, who migrated to Masada in Israel, in 500 B.C. In Egypt, they were Mystery School initiates under the Egyptian Mystery School of Akhenaten, having being been taught Immortality by Akhenaten, Pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty in approximately 1500 B.C. Akhenaten, the personality aspect of the Mahatma in this lifetime, took initiates from the Left Eye of Horus, the intuitive, feminine side into the Right Eye of Horus, representing the mathematical, sacred geometries and hieroglyphics of Eternal Light and Immortality. The Essene Brotherhood would come to represent the esoteric teachings of Judaism, and they were to teach many Spiritual truths, focusing on the Kabbalah and the Tree of Life through the Order of Melchizedek.

From a Cosmic perspective, the Order of Melchizedek has no name as such, but is rather a collective Overlighted by Lord Melchizedek dedicated to promoting Spiritual growth in all regions of this Multi-Universe, with the focus on Christ Consciousness, or One Unity Consciousness. The energy of Melchizedek began to incarnate at the time of Lemuria through evolved beings who downstepped their vibration to assist the Forward Evolution of Humanity. Through Atlantis and the High Priesthood Temples, the essence of the "Law of One" was carried through imbued by Christ Consciousness and upon the demise of Atlantis, many of the immortals and Ascended Masters traveled in a Light Ship to Yucatan, Peru, Brazil, Cambodia, Tibet and then Egypt.

In Egypt, it was to be another 6,000 years before Humanity was lifted to a level of conscious awareness to be able to again come into an understanding of their Highest Potential and experience the teachings of these many wonderful Beings of Light, and the many Mystery School teachings from the Order of Melchizedek. During the Age of Leo, the Ascended Masters and the Immortals lived in underground cities that they had created through the Great Pyramid, and waited until the appropriate time in order to create a collective Christ Consciousness awareness. These Spiritual teachings coming in from the Brotherhood of the Light brought about a new birthing of Egypt in about 3 800 B.C., which had, since its original inception in approximately 100 000 B.C., been under the influence of the Anunnaki. Thoth, as part of the Brotherhood of the Light, brought the written, hieroglyphic language to Egypt. During the time of Atlantis and Lemuria, a written language was not needed as we had transpersonal, holographic and photographic memories. In Egypt, we still had photographic memories, which would assist as as we again moved through our initiations and the Left and Right Eye of Horus. The Left Eye of Horus is the feminine, intuitive aspect of Divine nature, and these initiations were taught over twelve years in the twelve primary Egyptian Temples along the Nile. Initiates then proceeded to the Right Eye of Horus, for another twelve years of training, which was undertaken in the Great Pyramid, where through an experiential understanding of mathematics, sacred geometry, and Immortality could be achieved. In fact, there is a chamber within the Great Pyramid, which holds the 48 symbols to the understanding of the Right Eye of Horus, and the key to Immortality, which was taught by Akhenaten during the Eighteenth Dynasty.

Through the sacred Cosmic Fire of Wisdom we are being shown the pathway through the Order of Melchizedek to the full remembrance of ourselves as Melchizedek Ambassadors of Light. The wisdom of the Alpha and Omega Order of Melchizedek now descends into the minds and hearts of all Light Workers in this Golden Age of Light, taking us further along the Christed Timelines and into the knowing that we are Master Co-creators to the Company of Heaven, serving on both the inner and outer planes. And as we ascend through the seven different heavens or mansions of God, we activate a deeper level of knowing of choosing to serve as volunteer Souls on the lower worlds, and the understanding of how every challenge we experience is indeed an initiate of Light.

As we travel through the seven mansions of God, we are presented with a Cosmic map to integrate the human side, while we experience ourselves as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love. We integrate the negative ego aspects, understand and experience our full range of emotions and with humility, Love, reverence and devotion to God, we move beyond duality into One Unity Consciousness, into Christ Consciousness.

Twelve Stages of LightBody Ascension

1. First level - When the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhea, rashes, muscle and joint aches Most flu epidemics are actually Light epidemics! Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size. The DNA structure and chemical components begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into usable Light encodements for the DNA.

2. Second level - the etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of 'bouts of flu'. Many begin to question "why am I here". Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Change is rapid and many feel tired.

3. Third level - physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer - decoder of higher light energies to the planet as a whole. The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its natural state.

4. Fourth level - major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic energies - symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains. Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready. Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels. Vision and hearing are being realigned to function differently. The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow Spirit without hesitation. Individuals may get lashes of telepathy, clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a time of feeling, of honoring and accepting and validating the emotional body and learning to control it.

5. Fifth level - the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may become more 'lucid', you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes become non linear. Being's oscillate between knowing and doubt. We realize the habitual nature of thinking and behavior and look at de-programming and re-programming to create the "I" we wish to be, not the "I" we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc. Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from 'conditioned responses'.

6. Sixth level - we draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth. We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselves changes rapidly. Re-evaluation may be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done - we look at our relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of letting go, of moving on.We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% - we feel as though we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.

7. Seventh level - the heart chakra opens more, we become more 'real' with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns - it is a time of great emotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage. We feel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life. Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being's dig deep and honour their feelings - there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others. Chest pains (angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy fields. Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away. Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level, aging and death cease. When the pineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we leave it behind. Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues. Many wish to 'ascend' and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our deepening connection with spirit. As we learn to follow our joy, we may then want to 'save the planet' and have everyone follow their joy. ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception. Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food -many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they 'feel' the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of the body.

8. Eighth level - we see the Master in all and purely wish to be of service - we leave the 'saving and rescuing' mode behind in favor of the desire to serve Divine Will. The pineal and pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being's who are working with you to simply 'tone it down' for they don't feel pain, or ask them to release endorphin's - the brains natural opiate. The brain is being activated - particularly the cerebrum, the 'sleeping giant'. Cranial expansion is common; triangular 'seed crystals' in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras. We begin to be hooked into the languages of Light. The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to create the 'Arc of the Covenant', a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensional language. You may find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones. If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded and translated. Again you become much more aware of the vastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships become trans-personal. You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have 'hooks' into you to link with. You operate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

9. Ninth level - decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody. Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. You feel interconnected to all Being's everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others. You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the 'game of separation and limitation' and feel truly free. The 9th level sees a mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form. As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument. Here Spirit determines our income, our work, other being's in our lives, everything. This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be most painful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved through eons of time to reach this point. We may go back and forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go - there is no turning back and all must be released. 9th level is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the "I" - we realize that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit. Survival fears leave - focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and are easily put aside. We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected, centered, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve. For awhile you may slip between the 8th & 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ' a limited human being' again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level. You then continually feel connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that. The 9th is where we begin to hook up to our I AM. The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and you become totally connected to your I AM.

10. Tenth level - you are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. DNA is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous. The Merkabah (another name for our LightBody) has been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions complete in your totality. It has its own consciousness to be directed by you.

11. Eleventh level - all levels of the LightBody have been constructed and activated and are connected to your physical body via 'spin points'. These light matrix's lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries- a new 5th dimensional circulatory system of Light. Cellular regeneration has been accomplished. Time is no longer linear but simultaneous - past, present and future co-exist - all exist in parallels. There is no separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy of Spirit. In this 'frame' of conscious awareness many now access and create new types of Light based technologies, new community living, new systems of government and equitable food and resource distribution systems. All have received specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New World - the 'Golden Age'.

12. Twelfth level - the continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World systems - hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, new financial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth's ascension so that all may exist in joy, equality and harmony. By this time the planet and her inhabitants will have been 'rewoven' into Light to shine in their full glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds. The planet goes to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is a LightBody and follows Spirit in total Mastery.

7 Archangels and the 7 Rays of Chakras
Archangels in the Angelic Choir permits them to remain close to us human beings so they can carry God’s message to us. They are considered the captains of all the Angelic hosts and are at the service of mankind and the planet earth. They are healers that can mend our etheric, mental, emotional and physical bodies. They minister to us through the 7 Rays of Creation.
Archangel Michael – First ray is the Blue Ray Archangel Michael serves on the blue ray of spiritual light. This is the ray of Faith, Protection and God’s Will. Call upon him if you are ever in need of personal assistance or distress. A call of help to Archangel Michael with all of your heart will bring him immediately to your assistance. His day of the week is Tuesday and this is considered the best time to start any spiritual work with Michael. I recommend using red and blue candles to invoke his presence.
Archangel Jophiel – Second Ray is the Yellow Ray Archangel Jophiel serves on the Yellow Ray of spiritual light. This is the ray of Wisdom, Illumination, constancy. The name Jophiel means Beauty of God. Call upon him if you need help passing an exam if you need help with work or clarity to resolve a conflict. Jophiel will rescue people from ignorance or spiritual blindness. His day of the week is Sunday. I recommend using yellow candles to invoke his presence.
Archangel Gabriel – Third Ray is the White ray Archangel Gabriel serves on the Ray of purity, order, hope, joy, and discipline. His name means “Man of God”. Gabriel is the messenger angel. He is frequently depicted with a trumpet heralding the path to God. He helps you balance your life and clean your karma. Call upon him in times of despair for he will help you find hope. His day of the week is Friday. We recommend white candles to invoke his presence. His day of the week is Monday. I recommend using pink candles to invoke his presence.
Archangel Gabriel – Fourth Ray is the White ray Archangel Gabriel serves on the Ray of purity, order, hope, joy, and discipline. His name means “Man of God”. Gabriel is the messenger angel. Archangel Raphael – Fifth Ray is the Green Ray This is the spiritual light of truth, healing, and science. Archangel Raphael’s name means “God has healed.” He is the angel that heals our body, mind, and spirit. You can call on Raphael in times of sickness. Call him if you need to heal your soul of suffering or traumas. His day of the week is Wednesday. I recommend green candles to invoke his presence.
Archangel Uriel – Sixth Ray is the Purple and Gold Ray the Ray which Archangel Uriel serves is the ray of service and ministration, peace and brotherhood. His name means “Fire of God” and is known as the Archangel of salvation. Call upon Uriel to establish peace and harmony where there are disagreements and discord. Invoke his name to bring brotherhood between people and to dispel discrimination. His day of the week is Thursday and it is the best time to start any spiritual work for Uriel. I recommend purple and orange candles to invoke his presence.
Archangel Zadkiel – Seventh Ray is the Violet Ray – Saturday is his day Archangel’s Zadkiel Ray is the ray of Freedom, Mercy, and Transmutation. Zadkiel carries the light of freedom, forgiveness, justice, and transmutation. He frees your soul by allowing forgiveness and blocking past traumas. Call on Zadkiel to help you clear your karma and bring positive energy. His day of the week is Saturday. I recommend a purple candle to invoke his presence.
Seven Chakras, Seven Rays of God, Seven Archangels, Seven Vices/Sins, Soul ascension requires us to purify and activate the 7 main physical chakras of our human energetic systems. Each chakra represents one of the colors of the 7 rays of God, which directly affects the 7 main organs in the human body. The seven physical chakras also correspond to one of the 7 archangels and the 7 human egoist vices that need to be transcended and turned into the 7 virtues so our Holy Spirit/Christ Self can be manifested and fully integrated into our physical bodies. This is the process of bringing our own heavens (states of spiritual/God-consciousness) down here onto Earth (into our physical bodies.) We cannot “put on our robes of light” or activate our light bodies until we have turned our darkness into gold – which is the process of soul alchemy where we purify ourselves of our negative egos and our shadowy human behaviors that are not in alignment with the LIGHT and will of God. Once appropriate soul purification has occurred and the Spiritual Self/Holy Spirit/Christ Self is able to merge and become ONE with the physical body we receive the “Gifts of the Holy Spirit” or the 7 graces.
Based on our level of Light and desire to do good in the world will reflect our level of consciousness and our relationship with the Creator of All That Is. Each chakra is a portal or a doorway to our higher consciousness. Through the spiritual practice of ritual, prayer, initiations, meditation and light-filled actions in the world – each one of us has the potential for the 7 seals/veils of amnesia/energetic blocks that have been placed over chakra systems to be removed – in perfect divine timing – by one of the 7 archangels that stand guard over our 7 chakras. When a soul uses its free will to face God (which means the soul will have to face the self) and adequate soul purification has occurred, the 7 archangels will play the 7 trumpets and the dormant creator energy contained within the root chakra (kundalini) will be activated to dance up the spine activating and unifying the once divided chakra system into an ecstatic state of oneness, divine bliss, illumination and a direct experience of the SELF as a creator God/Goddess. Once this occurs, the soul and the human ego become “spiritualized” – filled with light and the grace of God to strengthen and assist the soul to remain on the path of steady soul ascension and self-mastery. The enormous light the soul body receives during kundalini activation will illuminate all the things within the lower soul that still needs to be transcended and healed. However – after kundalini activation – the soul will be infused with divine will, be empowered and en-lighten-ed with a deeper sense of connection along its journey as it continues to evolve into even greater states than it was before. The human ego cannot be fully transcended until it receives the light and grace of God through kundalini activation – which removes the veils of amnesia that blind the soul from truly “seeing” the things within the subconscious/soul body that bind it to negative recreation over and over again that keep the soul from evolving into new more loving ways of being. “For once we were blind, but now we will see.”
In order for kundalini activation to occur – so we can bring our Spiritual Selves/Holy Spirits/Christ Selves down into our physical bodies – the free will of the human will need to desire to rise above the animalistic natures of its lower self. In Genesis 1:26 when it says “man will take dominion over the animals” it is symbolic for taking dominion over our very own lower self, animalistic tendencies. When a human no longer desires to attract darkness to itself due to its own projection of darkness out into the world, and truly desires to align itself with the truth of the LIGHT, the soul will begin its ascension process as it descends into its lower self/lower egoic chakras. The soul will accept responsibility for the weight and burdens of its own cross – the distortions, energetic blocks (veils) and serpentine lies (distorted beliefs) contained within the chakra systems of the human body/human cross that rise up the spinal column or central light column. In order to self-actualize and return ourselves to our truth – we will need to begin the process of soul alchemy by understanding how the 7 chakras / 7 archangels / 7 vices/ 7 virtues work so we can tap into the 7 graces that will be bestowed upon us as the “Gifts of the Holy Spirit” are returned to us for our dedication and commitment towards integrating and expanding the Light within.
Root Chakra: Resonates with the Ruby ray of Archangel Uriel. You can call on Uriel when you need to manifest the virtue of Diligence. The demon of the root chakra is fear. Fear stops us from creating and taking action in our lives, which manifests itself as the vice of being a Sloth. Uriel can help us build trust and faith so we can be Diligent and peaceful within ourselves helping us to establish a stronger relationship with our higher souls – which speak to us through core sensations/feelings in the physical body. If we are disconnected to our physical bodies we will also be disconnected from the intuitive guidance from our higher souls. Remaining grounded – fully present in the here and now – will help us overcome our fears and remain Diligent and peaceful in our ascension process.
Sacral Chakra: Resonates with the Pure White Ray of Archangel Gabriel. You can call on Gabriel when you need assistance with making decisions aligned with the purity of your higher soul and not from the distortions of the ego’s wants. This virtue is called Temperance or moderation. We all have desires and desires are what summons extra energy in order to help us create and manifest the purity of our soul needs while we are here in physical incarnation However, the demon of the Sacral chakra is Greed. If we are not careful, our ego’s will have us focused on wants and not actual soul needs – even at the expense of our health and well-being. The ego is never satisfied, it continually desires more – and the more “stuff” we have the more responsibility and the harder we have to work to keep up the false appearances of our egos.
Solar Plexus: Resonates with the Golden Ray of Archangel Raphael. You can call on Raphael when you need to heal yourself from the vice of Wrath/Anger and manifest the virtue of Patience. Typically, anger arises when we are trying to assume power over another or someone is trying to exert their power over us. This occurs because humans do not live from the guidance of their own higher souls nor do they want to accept responsibility for their own lives or honor their own free will to choose what is appropriate for them. Instead, we project everything outside of ourselves and we become energetically parasitic in our attempts to take other souls free will away from them so we can feel like we have some sort of control in our own lives through the process of controlling others. It is in the solar plexus chakra where negative energetic entanglements occur as humans energetically cord into each other trying to gain control and power over others. When we want to manipulate, control, shame, belittle or even take away another soul's lesson we become obsessed with other people’s lives instead of working on our own lives and the things within us that we have “true” power to change. The virtue of Patience is much easier to acquire when we remain focused on our own lives and behaviors so we can remain steadfast in the illumination of our energy being positive, light-filled energy and not the energy of negativity – which is filled with intolerance, anger, wrath, deception, and control.
Of all the chakras, the solar plexus chakra is the chakra that will block most ascending souls from being able to fully raise their kundalini energy up to their crown chakra where self-actualization occurs. Spiritualist, Religious Fanatics, Vegetarians, Light Workers, Yoga Enthusiast, New Age Seekers, Channelers, Psychics, Healers etc. oftentimes become obsessed with their new ways of being and they want everyone else to eat, think, behave and live just like them. Instead of being Inspiring – an example for others to follow – many fall into the traps of the ego of being domineering and controlling. When others are on a different belief system or divine timeline for soul expansion these supposedly “enlightened” souls put themselves above others and use very shadowy, manipulative, egoic behaviors to belittle shame and pass judgment on others. This keeps people in duality consciousness where they want to duel with others, which will only bring forth more wrath/anger because humans continue to remain attached to the way other people utilize their God-given right to utilize their own free will in a way that they feel is appropriate for their own souls journey. Attachment to outcome always leads to anger, the need to control and disappointment. Unfortunately, this need to control others – or our need to let others control us so we don’t have to make decisions for ourselves – creates an energetic shield in our solar plexus chakra that blocks our kundalini energies from being able to move into our heart chakras where continued spiritual evolution can occur eventually leading us into a True state of enlightenment where every cell in our body is activated with the divine Light of our higher souls.
Heart Chakra: Resonates with the Pink Ray of Archangel Chamuel. You can call on Chamuel when you need to manifest the virtue of Chasity. The demon of the heart chakra is Lust. Lust is a form of attachment and an intense wanting of something to occur so our negative emotional needs can be artificially fulfilled. Lust is the ego’s need to cling to or identify with a negative behavior that provides instant gratification and a sense of pleasure that numbs out our internal pain that we would rather not address. This internal pain filled with unprocessed emotions and feelings blocks the heart chakra from giving and receiving love – Love of the self, love of the body, love of humanity, love of nature, love of life and love of God. When we go within and address the shields of protection, we have placed over our hearts, and get to the root of our stored pain we will tap into self-respect, self-love and the desire to practice the art of chastity or abstinence from those things that truly do not serve our highest good. When we truly love and respect the self, we will then be able to truly love and respect everyone else. Our source of love will be authentic, empowered and infused with Spirit – it will not be parasitic, needy, manipulative, demanding or conditional.
Throat Chakra: Resonates with the Pale Blue Ray of Archangel Zadkiel. Call on Zadkiel when you want to manifest compassion and the virtue of CHARITY or giving. The ultimate gifts to give are – forgiveness, love, respect and the willingness to honor a soul's free will. In order to give these virtues to others, we will need to give them to ourselves first – for we cannot truly give to another what we have not manifested for ourselves. The demon and vice of the throat chakra are Gluttony. The negative human ego is gluttonous – it is excessive and has an insatiable appetite for more, more, more. The gluttonous ego is a taker and expects others to fulfill its expectations without giving anything in return. The negative ego lacks respect and the balance of equal energy exchange in the form of giving and receiving – it never feels it should give back – it simply wants more for itself even when it is at the expense of others. This behavior oftentimes leads to harsh criticism, judgments, unloving words and actions that create tremendous dysfunction and harm on our planet.
Spiritual Eye Chakra: Resonates with the Blue Indigo Ray of Archangel Michael. Call on Archangel Michael when you want to manifest the virtue of Kindness or benevolence. The spiritual eye chakra resonates with the energies of “clear seeing” and that means that you are no longer in denial about your shadowy behaviors or the shadowy behaviors of others. The demon of the spiritual eye chakra is denial; especially about the self and the negativities within. These negativities when left unaddressed harbor hurtful feelings leading to the vice of Envy towards others. Because we are unwilling to heal our own negative feelings and behavioral patterns – we don’t feel good about ourselves – so we will become envious of others when something positive happens to them. Because we have constructed so many false masks to cover up our deep insecurities, fears, addictions, and negativities within – we will not be able to authentically be happy for someone else’s success. Repressed envy and lack of our own self-empowerment, self-love, and willingness to live an authentic life leads to distortions and oftentimes negative psychic attacks towards other beings which leads to a vicious cycle of negative energy forms being attracted to us because we are in denial about our own negative energy projections towards others. Archangel Michael is a source of protection for those who are working towards the energy of the Light – which is benevolent, loving, kind and compassionate. If we want to attain spiritual protection then we need to make sure we are utilizing our energy only for good. If we have negativity within, then we need to address it, otherwise, we will leave ourselves open for energetic interference from outside sources that come to teach us very profound soul lessons.
Crown Chakra: Resonates with the Violet Ray of Jophiel. Call on Archangel Jophiel when you want to manifest the virtue of Humility and reverence. The demon of the crown chakra is the negative ego’s Pride. The ego needs to feel important and it does this by taking away people’s power. The ego does not honor the souls' free will – in fact, it manipulates the soul into thinking the guidance it is receiving is from its higher self. Egoic guidance is always controlling, repetitive, loud and demanding – it creates so much mind chatter it generates static interference in the soul by blocking the soul from attaining the gentle intuitive, loving feelings of wisdom from its higher self. The ego is emotional and irreverent and it has us worshipping the idols of material things in order to keep us disconnected from our spiritual selves that reside in a higher vibrating dimension within our energy fields. In order to open up the crown chakra, we will need to work on all 7 of the chakras and all 7 of the virtues (humility, kindness, charity, chastity, patience, temperance and diligence) so we can release the 7 vices (pride, envy, gluttony, lust, wrath, greed, slothfulness) that continue to enslave humanity from attaining their highest potentials as God Realized Beings here on Earth.
Soul ascension requires us to descend into the depths of our shadowy subconscious/soul bodies. This will require brutal self-honesty and self-awareness. We don’t need to overthink and intellectualize everything, but we do need to be willing to feel what is going on within us energetically. If we start feeling negative energy and negative thoughts we need to become very observant of ourselves and how we feel – what is going on within ourselves? When we transmute the negative energies by “feeling them so we can release them” – and NOT reacting to them by projecting them onto others or inflicting our pain onto another – we will release the karmic patterning that is held within our chakra systems so our vices can be turned into virtues. Eventually, we will achemicalize our energies to such a point that the 7 archangels will sound their 7 trumpets (chakras) allowing the gifts of our Holy Spirits, that reside in a higher octave within our energy fields, to be bestowed upon us where we will receive the 7 graces: wisdom, understanding, counsel, knowledge, fortitude, piety, wonder & awe of the Lord.

During this most auspicious time on Earth, humanity has been called to ascend. We are being asked to awaken from our slumber and to heal the wounds within that are being revealed to us through our negative creations. An ascending soul must release its victim consciousness and step into its empowerment by making new, more light-filled choices for it.

What once served as dark, karmic learning lessons no longer serve us?
It is time to reclaim our Light and integrate it into our physical beings by our actions, behaviors, choices, and direction of energies. What we have repressed and tried to avoid….all of our little secrets are coming forward as the Light of greater awareness shines down us. We cannot escape the distortions within – we face them head-on. We are in the time of Revelations, Armageddon, the Apocalypse – the seven seals over our chakras are being removed so we can see ourselves more clearly. Eventually, the 7 Archangels who have stood guard over our chakra systems – while we played the game of forgetfulness/duality/3D drama/7 egoic vices – will sound the 7 trumpets so the seven chakras, which have been raise in vibrational frequency, can withstand the very high vibrational energies of our spiritual selves to merge with our physical beings. Every human on Earth, who chooses, is being spiritualized in their own perfect divine timing. This can be a hell of an experience where we hold onto our inner demons or we can create our own heaven by stepping forward into the LIGHT of our higher consciousness.

What is Ascension?

Ascension, also known as Spiritual Awakening, is a simultaneous increase of Expanding Consciousness that occurs when our spiritual-energetic bodies connect into our physical bodies. Generally, the catalyst for spiritual Awakening is discovered through the process of progressive Kundalini activation that starts in the base of our spine and moves the intelligent energies up the spine and into the Crown. As a human being undergoes the Awakening process, which can progress gradually over many years, that person shifts into perceptions of higher consciousness, which can include increased awareness of energy in the environment, perceiving multidimensional realities, sensing extradimensional entities and feeling a direct communion with God and the interconnected energy that exists between all things.

Ascension is a change in Spectrum of Frequency through Kundalini awakening and a change in the focus of our Consciousness. Ascension is about moving our Consciousness from one reality to another. Since reality is a dimension, what we are undertaking is essentially a full dimensional shift. To go through this shift, we must adjust our way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with our soul purpose and true divine essence.
The Ascension Cycle Basics

Ascension Stages are about the bringing of layers of light, the Kundalini force existing within the levels of our spiritual bodies (our Multidimensional God Selves) by descending these layers into matter and anchoring them into the physical plane of reality. Simultaneously, Ascension is a shift in energetic Spectrum of Frequency patterns held in a dimensional space which, when absorbed and activated into the layers of the planetary and human bio-energetic field, activates its DNA Silicate Matrix template instruction set. This catalyses a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and programs held in the energetic templates of the Human Soul’s journey within a cycle of evolutionary time. When activated, these patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the bodies. This part of the biological ascension process may manifest physical, mental and emotional Ascension Symptoms as well as the spiritual crisis of the Dark Night of the Soul.

When activated into awakening process, higher sensory perception may come online and new senses and perceptions of reality start to develop. Many times people feel something is wrong in their life, they are discontented or feel they have a special purpose but they cannot figure out what it is. Some people begin to sense extra-dimensional beings, such as ET contact or other forms of intelligent life communication, but have no context for what is happening to them. Many people will perceive number codes, or different symbols being repeated in their daily awareness. Many people are terrified people around them will believe their awakening or ascension symptoms will make them appear insane or crazy. Clearly this is why what is happening on planet needs to be disclosed and made aware to the larger public.
Understanding Ascension

Why is understanding Ascension important?
To go through this shift one must prepare and adjust one's way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with the soul purpose and true divine essence. “Surrender” and “Acceptance” are two main characteristics we will need to allow to permeate through us to facilitate an easier time. In order to shift the old behaviors and thought patterns not serving the soul purpose, we will become aware of the beliefs and behaviors that exist as imbalances within us and we must take the appropriate steps to integrate or clear them. This process will bring our deepest fears, beliefs of limitation and old pain patterns to the surface through events that trigger them into our awareness so that we can consciously acknowledge, resolve and heal them. Some of these issues are ancestral or inherited in their nature and may feel rather odd yet familiar when they are is brought to your awareness. It is important to remember that we are not only clearing our own individual “mind” grid, but also the karmic mind implications and collective (un)consciousness implications on this planet from the last evolutionary cycle. This way you can reframe the circumstance in your mind to be that which is impersonal and detached from identifying with the specific issue that has risen to the surface to be cleared within your bodies. Appreciate and acknowledge your light being for accepting the assignment for this clearing rather than claiming it as belonging to “you”.

Finding Soul Purpose

How Finding Your Soul Purpose relates to your Ascension.
To go through this shift one must prepare and adjust one's way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with living in the soul’s purpose and being directed from the true divine essence. The ego personality has to be sublimated from its control over your natural person, and the dismantling of ego and emotional healing becomes an awakened person’s primary job on the earth. One cannot split their spiritual self from their material self, the two must integrate and become in cohesion and alignment with each other.

As one enters the awakening process, what that means is that your soul intelligence and its frequency are starting to entrain and initiate its intelligence field into your personal energetic aura. When this happens you will start to sense and perceive your reality much differently. One will not feel aligned to soul and divine purpose until recognizing the discernment between the ego mind chatter and the soul intelligence. The soul communicates in sensory feeling, direct cognition and not from the lower mental body. For most people in the earlier stages, this ego confusion is experienced as running after something or someone your mind tells you is your soul purpose, but it really is being fueled from the ego personality and not the soul’s heart intelligence. We all must learn that it is not our personal ego will but divine will that is really driving the physical vessel.
Ascension Improves Life

The goal is to inform you of these dynamics which we are currently experiencing, and as the energies accelerate to prepare you even further by clearly discussing the various possible physical, mental and emotional symptoms from a position of having a “neutral” association. Utilizing what works for you personally by cultivating intuitive discernment with an informed awareness is the intended support of this website and continuing discussion. When we live in confusion with a cluttered mind we are generally suffering an miserable. No one needs to suffer, with proper ascension context, re-education to reprogram the mind, and the many tools available.

This is to not alarm you, but this information is to be used as a tool to keep you informed in order to be self-accountable and self-sovereign in all of your personal upcoming choices. We will be going through life altering changes that can be traumatizing if we have not prepared our mental and physical body to comprehend these changes. All of us will be required to transform ourselves through the re-education of the spiritual ascension process and recovery from allowing ourselves to be controlled by a narcissistic ego personality. We are leaving 3D individual (service to self) consciousness and moving into a group consciousness which requires we change to serve the highest expression of our inner spirit and real self. (service to the whole).
Surviving Challenges

How to Survive the Challenges of a rapidly changing Planet.
The creation physics are changing in how we exist in this time and space, (as a linear concept) and since our brains and conscious mind are wired to experience space/time linearly, this transition really puts our human brain into a loop! Most people I observe at this time are very confused by these changes, and that confusion is very painful to them. That is why developing a personal framework to understand what is happening now on the planet is important and key at this phase of growth to maintain serenity.

Learning the Language of Spirit, and working in alignment with Divine timing is crucial for maintaining personal sanity and staying integrated during our Ascension transformation! As we are leaving 3D mechanics into the higher octave spiritual layers and their corresponding dimensions), this means the old behavior and way we have lived life is not currently working and will not work for us in the future. There is no forcing it or controlling it. Adaptability and flexibility are behavioral keynotes that are vital for us at this time.

It is imperative to have some kind of practice, exercise or technique where one is connecting/communicating every day with our inner spirit, preferably AM and PM, until one has accomplished life as a walking meditation. Inner peace and neutral association to the increasing external chaos will be maintained once you reprogram your body and mind to be in its natural state and stay centered there.

​Ascension Symptoms

1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state.
You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the ‘cleansing and releasing’ hour. You might even experience periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase.

2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Hair standing on end, goose bumps.

3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster.

4. Old “stuff” seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues.

5. Changes in weight. A need to eat all the time – this is caused by a few things going on in your body. Since your body is going through so many changes releasing emotions and with all this work, your body requires more protein. Our food does not have the same nutritional value so you need to take additional supplements. Food also gives up as sense of security and with so many changes within and in your environment; you feel the need to eat. OR A loss of desire for food. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old.

6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. It is an inner tube around your belly area and is happening in both men and women.It is a type of protection around your solar plexus area which is “who you are” and with the constant changes; you need this protection for now. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences.

7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before

8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulants are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily over-stimulated.

8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness.You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid — the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green.

8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia– you can’t always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language.

8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste.

9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin.

10. Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring. One of the most aggravating ascension symptoms is constant fatigue. I mean the kind where you cannot even get out of bed, and you have to push yourself to get anything done.

11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Consciousness. Difficulty in focusing.

12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is ‘heating’ up as it burns off residue after going through wild and vivid dreams, you may wake up in a sweat and have to change your P.J’s.

13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Aches and Pains – toxic energy and emotional blockages in your body that need to be released more so now during ascension. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body.

14. Looking younger. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.

15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you, wild and sometimes violent dreams.

16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes — sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you to release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all. A sense of loss leading to depression – this results from changing environment, loss of jobs, residences and friends. Nothing is the same anymore; you do not react
the same way to your friends or even your job which leads to a separation anxiety as a result of purging the darker and denser energy within. This process is teaching you to release all of your attachments. The change that you feel is on-going through the
ascension process. The best of dealing with it is to learn to “go with the flow”. You may have bouts of depression caused by all the changes around you – loss of job and friends and home. These are very real situations that are causing much anxiety and depression
in some cases.

17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifedrainers. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to offload yourself, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to “find yourself” and your life purpose — now! You want to be creative and free to be person you really from things and people that no longer serve you.

18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out.

19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extraverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.” You don’t feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, ‘rebooting, developing a preference for your own space and at most times, solitude.

20. Creative bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate.

21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing.

22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.

23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can’t help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable.

24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life.

25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind.

26.“Teachers” appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on.

27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and “speaks to you” at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here.

28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are “getting it” quite readily.

29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body or bed vibrate.

30. Portents, visions, “illusions”, numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look.

31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say “no” to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn’t support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified you. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences which no longer jive with you.

32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.

33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, light bulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these.

35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness:
Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one’s essence and that of others.

36. Communication with Spirit. Channelling.

37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.

39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer.

40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. Experiencing difficulty in being around people and places that never bothered you before.

41. A Feeling of wanting to be closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more “human” in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever.

42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising.

44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently.

45. Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere’s capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain, no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interest in research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. Memory Loss – at times you may feel like you are losing your mind because you cannot remember things,places, words, what you did 2 hours earlier.. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.

46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your “lighter”state.

47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues.

49. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release.

50. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body.

51. A desire to find your soul mate or twin soul. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable.

52. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our “selves”, feeling stress.

54. Feeling disoriented – a feeling of not knowing who you are, what you are doing or what you are supposed to be doing caused by the constant change going on within and around you in the atmosphere.

55. Feeling ‘out of body’. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defense mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control.

56. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel ‘sick’ inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment.

57. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don’t belong here anymore. We are returning to Source.

58. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction.

59. Anxiety and panic – when there is an energy shift in the atmosphere it also affects you. As mother earth is releasing her toxins through natural disasters, so are you. You may feel overloaded and overwhelmed by sudden change of events and crisis situations. You may be overloaded with family needs and pressures,plus more expectations from your work situation. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort.

60. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many ‘worst nightmare’ aspects to it. Overwhelming stress – as emotions are coming up within, you don’t know what is happening causing you to feel stressed and anxious.

Truly loving yourself means honoring you and your life experiences. Take all the time you need to be with yourself to work out what is going on in your heart and mind. Putting off your self-healing leads to the illness of the mind, body, and soul. And creates an acidic state in the body; so no matter how much good you put in; if you lack self-love and your mind is not in alignment with your actions you will not experience the balance to heal mind, body, and soul. And you will repel the very experiences you are working so hard to manifest in your life. Projecting out onto others only creates drama and more discord in your life. Choose to vibrate at a higher frequency!!!
