This month I have a class forming surrounding the topic of transcending the ego/shadow self. We all have one, and despite popular belief, that there is ego death or that one must fully release the ego. The fact is, the ego is a part of YOU and your personality. They key is balance, so the ego is not swaying too far to the left or the right. Balanced, Aligned with your heart and Source deepens your connection with yourself and your capacity to fully love yourself. As well as deepen your connections with everyone in your experience.
If you would like to take the deep dive to transcend your ego/shadow self to end your internal suffering. I will be hosting a Zoom class, we will dynamically clear the ego conditioning and programming from the subconscious and conscious mind, followed by a meditate to align, center and balance within. And an additional meditation for self reflection, illumination of your sacred heart and expanded states of consciousness. Creating space to embody even more light and love.
